Why dont you Ameriniggers go Left4Dead and just shoot these tranq druggies in the face? I mean they act like zombies, would not be a big loss and it would cleanse the world of these useless dug-taking niggers.

As an American, I'm legally required to make excuses for these people. They provide us with valuable diversity or something.

We can't shoot them because it's not worth the prison time. We just avoid them until they overdose.

Better to watch them suffer. We don't need to worry about feeding them since they never eat anyway, and we don't have to house them because they usually end up passing out in some abandoned crack house. So we leave them be and just point and laugh at their struggles.

You should be able to walk outside your own house or building without these zombie druggies everywhere, but what do the cops give a fuck? That's too dangerous and hard of a job for them to take care of. And they might get in a lawsuit and lose their retarded jobs.
