I am embarrassed to say I have. There was a website touting experimental fart canisters awhile back and it peaked my interest because I am always curious what the competition is up to. They took my payment and never delivered the goods. I contacted paypal notifying them of the scam and they were of no help. I ended up losing my $2.99. What a bunch of niggers all around!
